« Single vineyard selection Côte des Blancs »

This wine comes from the chalky soils of a single vineyard called “Les Longues Verges”. Protected by woods and exposed to the north-west, it is situated on the border between Cramant and Chouilly, two Villages Grand Crus from the Côte des Blancs. The name refers to an ancient agricultural measure, corresponding to 1276 m2.

Only made from Chardonnay, the LV is unique and imposing. Pure and mineral, this wine knows how to link power to elegance, complexity to concentration and strength to finesse. It demands your entire attention, imposes silence as well as screaming, requires caviar but may also be satisfied by a piece of original old parmesan cheese. AOP Champagne Grand Cru
Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Terroir: Single vineyard in Cramant and Chouilly. Chalky soils.
Fermented in steel tanks, malo-lactic fermentation done.
Harvest: 2013.
Ageing: 4 years on fine lees.
Dosage: 5 g/L - Extra Brut
